Week 2 Recap: More Outdoor Fun, Performances, and Musical Olympics!!
Week two of our music camp was nothing short of amazing! We continued to make the most of the beautiful weather by taking our learning outside and blending music theory with more creative outdoor games.
Obstacle Course in Action: One of the exciting activities was our driveway obstacle course, designed to help students review bass clef notes. The kids had an absolute blast running through the course, hopping from note to note, and reinforcing their musical knowledge in a fun and energetic way!
2nd Annual Musical Olympics Day: Our 2nd Annual Musical Olympics Day was a hit once again!! 🎶🏅 The students showcased their skills in a variety of fun and competitive events, each cleverly designed to quiz their musical theory knowledge. The day was filled with so much joy and enjoyment! Here's to another year of musical triumphs and memorable moments!!
Piano Ensemble Performance: 🌋🎶 Enjoy students performing "Volcanoes", a piano ensemble by Dorla Aparacio. Their performance is incredible, and I'm so proud of their hard work and talent!!
Stay tuned for a full camp video recap coming soon, where I'll highlight even more of the fun and learning from these two incredible weeks! Here’s to many more moments of music, friends and FUN!
